If this is all you're focusing on, and cost is a big concern, then consider this app!
SimplePoll is a simple app (isn't that obvious from the name?) for native Slack polls.


While SimplePoll is easy to use, that does mean they lack most other employee engagement functionalities.
Polly's simplicity in Slack & MS Teams makes it great.

It focuses heavily on quick Slack Surveys and suggestion boxes, but comes in light on giving you the right insights, and doesn't give you the ability to respond to anonymous suggestions or surveys
Karmabot - like Matter - shines through on recognitions + rewards.



However it misses out on a lot of other high value features.
Want to give your team some Tacos? 
And dive into some very light surveys, then Heytaco could be a great fit.

The downside:
Scaling companies usually want an all-in-one platform so their teams aren't using multiple different platforms.
If your focus is completely on recognitions and rewards the nectar covers that well. Especially if you want Amazon rewards.

However, $4/user/mo is quite steep when the only functionality is recognition and rewards. No feedback or survey capabilities will hinder your cultural improvements.
